Top Line Home Health Care Aides are available to help clients who are disabled, chronically ill, or cognitively impaired as well as individuals who may need assistance with activities of daily living, thereby maintaining their independence and retaining the ability to live in their own homes or in residential facilities. A specific plan of care will be prepared per individuals needs. The plan may include laundry, changing of bed linens, planning and preparing meals, among other tasks.
